Summary
When full-time Pro-Hero Midoriya Izuku takes up a part-time weekend job at a dying bookstore, he expects the dust, disordered rows of precariously balanced shelves, and stacks of vintage hero merchandise.
He does not expect to meet the unbelievably handsome and charmingly awkward Shouto. As he settles into his job, Izuku finds it harder and harder to stop himself from getting closer to the man, even as the stakes of his pro-hero work make it more and more dangerous.
Todoroki Shouto's been forced by his sister to volunteer at one of her patient's bookstores, even as he argues that his Pro-Hero work should constitute community service enough. His job, unfortunately, gets complicated by a new top-secret mission he has to lead, with a team of chaotic and competitive fellow heroes, where his authority is constantly challenged by the fierce and reckless Pro-Hero Deku.
Luckily for Shouto, the upside of his current situation comes in the form of his new, incredibly attractive, and kind co-worker Midoriya Izuku...

Summary
Todoroki Shouto had accepted his fate as a public figure when he became a pro-hero, but there are some parts of his private life he would like to stay private. When he is invited to be a speaker in a college lecture series, he goes to the meeting with one goal: to give the coordinator a piece of his mind and finally put an end to people hounding him for information about his family.
The last thing he expects is the curious, and quirkless, hero- and quirk-study professor, Midoriya Izuku, who has no interest in his family's history, and, somehow, even more ties to the hero industry than Shouto. Intrigued by the professor, Shouto tentatively agrees to the lecture series, unknowingly intertwining their futures.
But the more Todoroki sees of Midoriya, the more questions he has. When a villain attack leaves them living together until the culprits are apprehended, maybe he'll finally get some answers.

Summary
Shouto realized that his perspective on friendship was wrong. It isn’t something weak that holds you back but instead can be a source of strength that pushes you forward. Having friends inspires one to want to do better, to want to work harder, and succeed alongside your friends. His asshole of a father has kept him from discovering how wonderful having friends is, but Shouto isn’t going to let that severe emotional trauma stop him from having what normal high school teenagers his age has.
Unfortunately, due to that trauma, his aloof and distant demeanor, not to mention his antisocialness, he’s pretty much created a barrier between him and his peers that he isn’t quite sure how to break down yet. That doesn’t mean that Shouto is going to give up and stop trying though. He wants to be friends with the person who saved him, the person who reminded him of why he wanted to become a hero, and reignited that passion inside of him.
Shouto wants to be friends with Izuku…how exactly is he going to do that? He hasn’t figured it out yet, but he’s going to do it! He’s going to become Izuku’s friend! His best friend! The closest person to Izuku that there is!
