Summary
Jay had been clean for many years now as he was busy raising the two twins that his ex boyfriend had left him with six years ago. On a cold afternoon, Jay is readying his kids to go on a trip with their grandfather, Matthew, to the aquarium. Both kids had been talking about the trip all week, but one thing that drew their attention the most was the jellyfish.
As Jay sends the two twins off with his dad, he finally has enough peace and quiet in the house to get everything reorganized and straightened away. While going through his organized cleaning routine and reminiscing on some of the children's favourite items, he's interrupted by an uninvited guest knocking on the door.

Summary
Jay feels invisible in his own life. Trapped within a dead end job in his small town, Jay drowns within unfinished songs to chase his dreams and unpaid bills to keep his life somewhat stable. He travels through his days unnoticed and exhausted, saving what little energy he has left for the club.
Inside the club, Jay drowns within the noise and blinding lights, finding himself having so much unwound fun for the first time in an extremely long time. He feels himself loosen and his life become easier as the music takes control of him and he allows the crowd of people to swallow him and change his outlook on the night.
What starts as a simple night of escape with an aim to branch himself out to the music industry, Jay finds himself trapped in a new pattern that he cannot break. Drinking makes all the noise stop, and the look from an unknown individual makes him feel seen for the first time in his life.
