Summary
Lando’s stomach flares not only with the traces of a childhood fear of heights, but also with a new warmth, the first time since signing up for the whole ordeal that he’s thrilled to be here. Maybe it’s the spirit of Eurovision. Whatever it is, Lando is determined to hold on to it for as long as possible.
Lando, the reluctant drummer of the Belgian band Retrovox, is immediately captivated by charismatic Netherlands singer Max Emilian. However, what was meant to be a fun fling unravels when the two accidentally become wrapped up in a big-stakes cheating scandal. Tensions rise higher and higher as they attempt to figure out the mystery and prevent the votes from being jeopardised.
An amateur detective story set at the centre of Europe's biggest and gayest concert.
