"Robert was really starting to regret having Phenomaman on the team.
It wasn’t him… exactly. His skills were great. He had even been getting better with his heartbreak over Blonde Blazer too. He at least didn’t go looking for her out in the field, anyway. Even had cleaned up his beard a little. Sure, he could get depressed after a mission failure, but they’ve all been there. None of that was the issue.
The issue was the hovering right behind him. Or ‘bodyguarding’. Whatever it could be called."
