Taehyun nods solemnly beside him, still rubbing his knuckles softly like he was holding something precious. Kai couldn't look at them, for fear that they would see all his insecurities laid out.

(Beomgyu's going through the motions: he broke up with his boyfriend, let his sworn enemy (exaggerated) comfort him, and then proceeded to fall for said enemy. But, apparently that's not all.)
