Summary
Reo leans in, pressing a kiss to Hyouma’s cheek and dashing off. It’s such a smooth motion that Hyouma doesn’t even register it, at least not until Reo is disappearing out of his sight, humming to himself.
Meanwhile, Hyouma stops dead in his tracks, dumbfounded. He can still feel the press of Reo’s lips lingering on his skin, and blood rushes to his cheeks.
Nagi pays it no mind. When he reaches Hyouma, he rests his hand on Hyouma’s head, ruffling gently. “Nice running today, Princess,” he says, kissing his temple.

Summary
Witches used to be able to roam the city, freely practicing their magic as they had done for centuries. That shifted when Reo and Hyoma were children, with the rise of witch hunters and the killing of their sisters for witchcraft. Now they practice in secret, hiding that part of themselves away so as not to get caught. Somewhere along the way, Reo's feelings for Hyoma had grown deeper, a battle in her torn between wanting to tell Hyoma how she feels or keeping it hidden.
Alternatively, Reo is in love with Hyoma and always has been. Hyoma is too dense to realize. Is Reo ever going to be able to beat the race against time and tell her how she feels, or will it all be for nothing?
