“Is this about your big gay hallucination?"
“Oh God, please stop calling it that,” Remus groaned, rubbing his eyes like it would make James and his smug, mocking smirk vanish.
James chuckled. “I think you’re overreacting.”
“Of course, you would say that. You’re not the one who’s losing his mind.”
“You’re not losing your mind,” James said, rolling his eyes the moment Remus uncovered his face.
“How can you say that?”
“Because it doesn’t sound that crazy to me.”
“Don’t joke,” Remus admonished.
“I’m not joking,” he said, throwing up his hands in surrender. “It just sounds like you shared a moment with this guy—what did you say his name was?”
“Sirius.”
“Weird name,” James said, one side of his mouth turning down slightly.

Teddy Lupin sure does. And Remus… well, he’s just glad his kid happens to be standing next to someone else who seems equally passionate. Even if it is a grown adult man with messy black hair wearing red heart-shaped glasses and a shirt indicating he has ‘A Lot Going On At The Moment.’ The guy’s friend doesn’t seem like bad company either.
