Usually burglary did not end in such good fortune. Bucky's a down-on-his-luck sex worker and CEO Steve Rogers has caught him trying to burglarize his house. Instead of getting upset, Steve offers the poor guy some food and a place to stay, and Bucky wants to pay him back. Steve tries to convince himself that he's not that kind of guy . . . until he is.

“Forgot to do wash the other day. Figured you wouldn’t mind,” His brow furrowed down the middle and he shifted under Bucky’s hand as if to stand. “I can change if you want.”
“No.” Bucky said quickly. He pushed Steve back into the couch with a hand on his shoulder. “No, you figured right. I don’t mind. Not one bit.”
Or: Steve forgets to do laundry one day, and it turns out pretty good for both of them.

“Not your cup of tea?” Steve asks breathlessly. James turns around to look at him, and all the acrid remarks on his tongue fade away as he takes in Steve’s face. Steve’s hair is sticking up at odd angles, face slightly pink from the wind whipping against it. He’s openly laughing, eyes crinkled as he walks over to join James.
“It’s totally my cup of tea,” James replies deadpan. “In fact, it’s like those cups of tea that are so great you never want to try them again, just in case it’ll disappoint the second time. Let’s never go on it again.”

Like you never felt before.” Steve bites his lip, the little crease Bucky loves like crazy pinching his eyebrows together. “I always feel good when I’m with you.” Bucky strokes his bare stomach with the backs of his fingers, and Steve shivers. “Not like this. This’ll be even better. Somethin’ to remember me by, when I’m gone.” Steve stares down at him, mouth softening. He smiles uncertainly, the furrows in his brow still cutting deep. “You really want to? You’re not just being nice?” Bucky pounds the mattress, exasperated. “Bein’ nice? Christ, Steve. I’ve wanted this since we was fourteen years old, dummy. I’ve wanted this like hell."
