Her hands twitched at her sides, moving of their accord, so she balled them into fists. Her throat felt tight enough that she didn't trust her own voice, but she managed to keep it steady long enough to mutter, "I need to get some air," before turning and stalking far enough away that she couldn't feel the scratch of their gazes anymore....
Ep. 5 alt. ending in which Agatha's struggling in the aftermath of her trial, and Rio helps her find a moment of peace.

Looking back, the Ouija board should have created a need for more protection than they used. Or Alice should have been better at her job. Rio was on the fence about both ideas, but that was neither here nor there. Currently, Agatha pulling off a better contortionist act than most she has seen in her long lifetime is the more pressing matter.
“Sweetheart, are you okay?” The sound of her back loudly snapping was the only response she got. Much to the horror of the room.--Or---
