Summary
Kaidou Shun feels like he should be grateful to be above his peers. Unlimited power at his fingertips, bound by red ribbons that no one seems to understand the purpose of. He feels that in another world, he’d be ecstatic beyond reason, and yet, he can’t help but feel burdened by it. He never asked for these abilities, and a part of him wished he never found out they existed, but here he was, masquerading his dread with excitement, trying to warn everyone yet saying it as if he didn’t even believe himself. He doesn’t understand what’s going, refuses to accept what’s bound to happen, and honestly wishes he had someone to talk to about all of this.

It was really only a matter of time, Saiki supposed- his powers did tend to go haywire, and traveling back in time (and to different dimensions) was always an occupational hazard. But he never desired to fall hopelessly in love every time he looped back, doomed to a life of romances left broken and unfulfilled.
