Summary
The point of all this is that Keith has many valid, good, reasonable causes for signing up for theater as an elective and volunteering for stage crew. Many great academic reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with the bronze-skinned boy flaunting a large plastic skull in one hand at the center of the stage, loudly proclaiming “the pangs of despised love, the law's delay,” in a complete over-dramatization in front of a giggling audience of fellow actors.

Or, Keith and Lance do high school theater together, and Keith develops a highly embarrassing crush.

Summary
Lance's fingers hovered over the talisman, an inch away from brushing against it. His mind went blank as he stared down at the other boy, who stared back at him with wide, questioning eyes that were a startling shade of violet.
The dazed look on the boy’s face transformed into a frown as his breathing quickened. The more his eyes focused on Lance, the more a wild panic started to set into them.
"Who are you?" he asked sharply. It sounded like he'd meant it to come out with more ferocity, but his voice rasped on the words like he hadn't spoken in weeks.
Lance doesn't know where he comes from––only that he was found in a forest on a distant planet when he was an infant, with no sign of his origin except a blue talisman around his neck. Nowadays he's content to travel the universe with his best friend Hunk, scavenging and selling goods. But that all changes when a girl named Pidge hitches a ride with them, and in the same day the trio finds a crashed ship carrying nothing but a boy with no memory of who he is ... and a red talisman that matches Lance's.- Language:

The mysterious space opera AU we all need. A brilliant story that takes inspiration from vld's word with some of Star Wars and Go Lion's elements. Dialogue feels amazingly like the show's - it's like you were listening to the VA's when the characters talk! Can't wait to read where this story goes!

Forever screaming about this fic. Absolutely gorgeous prose, makes you feel a hundred different emotions at once and live right there with the characters. You feel their love and yearning for each other. It's so palpable you ache when they ache, you love when they love, you go through every emotion and every scene with them. I love it so much I cannot summarize it properly in just a few words ❤️
