It's not the first. Nor will it be the last. There are plenty of times when girls or even boys flirt with Dream while he remains oblivious, chalking it up to be a one time thing or it just being polite. It's not his place to complain but it still hurts regardless–their arrangement is not something that they talk in depth about but it was never meant to be exclusive. Not really.
It's not the first waiter who flirted with Dream, he remembers a girl that gushed about the sooners with Dream that one time, or the barista who left his number on the cup that was meant for Dream.
They're casual he has no reason to be jealous of people flirting with Dream, right?
