So blind, when he was so kind and we did nothing in return, not even check on him. Maybe this would never happened if we had just been a good team.”

Everyone assumes Wade's incessant talking is a distraction tactic, or a form of torture, or simply to be a brat, even once the threat has been neutralized and they’re all winding down. But it isn’t. Peter recognizes it because he has the same thing, just presents in different ways.
