Summary
Raven, one of Task Force 27's helicopter pilots, wants to get to know his "new" coworker. Subject 106, the coworker in question, does not want to be known. Will this go well for either of them? Let's find out...
(In other words: A Task Force 2-7 slice-of-life fic that slowly turns into an angst fic.)

This story takes place between various missions in the base game's canon and the Bladekisser DLC. It has blatant spoilers for the entire game, especially the ending. If you haven't played Trepang2, please go play it.(I will add more tags as I write more chapters; I don't want to bait people with content that isn't in the fic yet.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: I am abandoning this story... because I'm making a new, BETTER version! Please wait warmly. This version won't be finished, sorry!

A US-government-employed monster hunter and a spear-wielding "Chosen One" have rough gay sex. Some furniture, a brick wall, and the government agent's career are destroyed in the process. Consequences be damned, right?
This takes place in a Monster of the Week tabletop campaign setting, but did not happen during the campaign itself. There is necessary setting context in the chapter notes. PoV alternates between the two main characters and will be indicated in the chapter title. Enjoy!
