Summary
Six months. Six months since Aloy and Seyka parted after dealing with the final Zenith threat in the Burning Shores. Aloy returned back to Base to Beta and GAIA. Aloy, Beta, and GAIA were finally able to recapture HEPHAESTUS and reintegrate it with GAIA and begin working on fully stabilizing the planet. However, during the struggle to recapture HEPHAESTUS, there was a large earthquake that hit in the Lowlands. GAIA and Beta were studying the potential cause and current damages when GAIA notices an Old World power source still active, barely. A facility that GAIA had no knowledge of, not even with her fully restored database and APOLLO archives. And so, Aloy sets out on her Sunwing towards this mysterious facility.

Summary
If Aloy had to describe the sunset over the sea, she would have called it a living canvas. As the sun dipped below the horizon, hues of pink, gold, and purple painted the water's surface, creating a breathtaking masterpiece. Sky and sea melted together until one could not even be distinguished from the other. She would borrow words from Carja manuscripts, words like radiant and divine. Or maybe, she would instead look toward the deep blue, almost black colors covering the eastern sky, where a handful of stars were beginning to show over the very tops of the mountain peaks.
But in truth, she liked to think she would have been able to paint such a pretty picture with her words, if she hadn't been so hopelessly and distractedly preoccupied with kissing Seyka.

Summary
Because nothing could be as stunning as Seyka, not when she filled Aloy's life with so much love and joy it overflowed like a foaming mug of ale in chainscrape, and tasted so much better.
Seyka finally teaches Aloy to surf and they do a bit more with their day than just that.
