Summary
Finally out on his own, Keith decides it's best to start college on the other side of the country. When he's introduced to his new roommate, he gains four new friends in the process. He starts to realize what it feels like to have people to talk to but finds it's now harder to keep his secret past a secret. After an accident he almost breaks a relationship and crushes a friendship.

Summary
With Sammy out of that house, Dean couldn't imagine life could be better until he meets Castiel. Dean is caught between putting his brother through college by himself and devoting his time to getting Castiel out of a bad relationship. He hates to admit it but he wants Castiel to himself. After an awful turn of events, Dean decides to tell Castiel his feelings, only to find out he's always felt the same. Dean was wrong, life could get better.

Summary
No one needed to know that Dean wore glasses. They didn't need to know that he had a perfect 4.0 GPA, or that he could easily run circles around every nerd at mathematics... It wasn't important that Dean got letters from colleges all across the country, begging him to accept their scholarships and enroll in their programs... His teachers begged him to accept. Make his school and family proud. But Dean would casually glance over the letters, shove them in his backpack, then promptly reply,
"You should see my brother's grades."

While Dean tries to fly under the radar and pretend he is anything other than a genius, he meets Castiel Novak, another 18 year old who turns Dean's life upside down after an unfortunate deal turned sideways. Or did it?
Dean and Castiel become friends, but at the same time, Dean isn't good at the 'friendship' thing. And being friends with Castiel doesn't make it any easier. But with Cas by his side, Dean finds himself facing the demons of his past, dealing with his own insecurities, while also learning the real definition of friendship. And that maybe, sometimes, it's okay to love people too.
