Summary
The whims of fate decided that Akechi Goro couldn't die yet. At first, he despaired. Then, he realized that might have been exactly what he wanted. A fresh start. Another chance. A new beginning. And now, he will do anything in his power to atone for his sins and save the only person who reached out to him. He will be tricked, rejected, betrayed, used again and again, there's no denying it. And yet, his newfound resolve won't falter. This is the way Akechi Goro will challenge the world.
Or how after escaping the engine room, Goro finds an application on his phone that allows him to travel back in time and erase his past mistakes. And when the world around him is revealed to be a giant Palace, Goro is determined to use this new power of his to find out what's going on for the good of mankind, especially a certain rival-turned-friend... but what was supposed to be a journey toward redemption doesn't take long to shift into a series of adventures unlike anything Goro could have ever imagined.
