Summary
For a long time, George has known he loved the bite of rope against his skin, and the feeling of brightly stinging pain, but he's never had someone to help him feel it. That is, of course, until he meets Dream: tall, handsome, domineering, and all too good at making him fall to absolute pieces. And so begins an arrangement: George goes over to his flat, he's fucked within an inch of his life, spends the night, and then goes along his merry way come morning. There aren't any strings attached, and it's glorious.
As the weeks come and go, though, George begins to realize that he's starting to feel a little more than lust when it comes to his thoughts about Dream. He knows better, he really does, and he knows there's no way in hell the other feels the same, but since when does anyone really have control over their heart?

It’s a honeyed tone, almost husky when the words drop—something that George doesn’t think he’s heard before, and he watches ivory teeth drag over black snake bites, fixated on the way a pink bottom lip moves hard with the metal piercing. It’s hard not to stare, gaze lifting to dirty blond hair and a small smile, features so tantalizingly perfect that they render George breathless. Eyes widen, the boys smile growing, and Sapnap’s brother was not meant to be hot, that was never a part of the plan.

Sapnap stays quiet a moment, and while Dream sniffles, the little girl in his lap turns, taps against his face like the tears are common. Dream kisses at her hand, promises her he is okay. He acts like nothing is wrong. Like Sapnap isn’t crying in front of him too, when he should be scolding Dream.
“Why didn’t you?” Sapnap asks as he swipes the back of his hand over his nose. “I mean, not even George?”
The mention of their other friend brings Dream into a new reality. Soft, brown, messy hair on his screen, a grin that laughs and cheeks that turn rosy any time Dream teases him. A light squeal into his headset at the late hours of the night, once Dream is alone in his tranquility. George, the rough paper that sands Dream down. Warm, fluffy bread. Fuck, Dream thinks.
Dream decides to tell his friends about his daughter right before they move in.

The two turn towards the exits. Sapnap is already outside and is, as promised, arguing with a TSA agent in front of his car. George smiles to himself and feels a sense of calm wash over him. In a minute he’ll be outside in the Florida heat, sweating his ass off, with his best friends beside him. He’s been waiting for this day for years, but strangely it feels like he’s been waiting his whole life.
Beside him, Dream grins and slings his arm around George’s shoulders.
“You good?” Dream asks.
The arm around him is a comforting weight. “I’m fantastic.”
“Alrighty then,” Dream says. “Let’s get married.”
