Summary
Dean Winchester is thirty, flirty, and thriving, or at least that's how his best friend Charlie describes him. Either way Dean feels pretty good about his life. He has a decent job, a nice house, and a great group of friends and family. Sure his brother's been living hundreds of miles away to attend law school and an internship, and yeah maybe he wasn't working his dream job, and so, okay, he spent most nights zoning out in front of the tv alone but that was fine. Dean was fine. Until he gets a call about a daughter he didn't know existed and suddenly Dean's quiet (boring) life is turned upside down.
Castiel Novak is a photographer whose passion lies in capturing the beauty of nature. However to pay the bills he works part time at the mall doing portrait photography. Sure it might not be as artistic as he'd like and his odd hours make for a dull social life but he's still doing what he loves. He especially enjoys doing the kids photos and over the last couple of years he's built a bit of a reputation for always getting the shot no matter how unruly or stubborn a child might be. So when a handsome father brings in his grumpy little girl for pictures Castiel thinks it will be just another photo shoot.
He's wrong.

Summary
With his business manager/constant sidekick/P.A./ginormous little brother finally marrying his pregnant fiancée and whisking her away on a well-deserved honeymoon, Dean is headed to Scotland on his own for a two-month location shoot. Sam, never a man not to micromanage, has arranged for a P.A. to keep Dean organized in his absence and, thanks to a little emotional blackmail, a security consultant to watch Dean’s back.
Cas, the bodyguard, may be hot, but he’s also grumpy and thinks, probably rightly, that Dean’s a complete idiot. Plus, the poor guy’s got his hands full with Dean’s jealous cast-mates, asshole reporters, over-enthusiastic fangirls, and crazy internet stalkers, so really, it’s a good job Dean’s not Whitney Houston because falling for his bodyguard is too cliched even for him. Right?

Summary
Finding out that your wife of eighteen years wants a divorce is bad enough. Finding out that she’s been cheating on you with her business partner for twelve of those years is a kick in the nuts. All Dean wants to do now is lick his wounds in peace, and the beach house is the perfect place to do that. Unfortunately, he isn’t the only one with the idea. Cas has just as much right to the beach house as Dean, and he isn’t leaving without a fight.

Summary
Castiel Novak has a love-hate relationship with the Cherryvale Small Business Owner’s Association. He’s already gained new clients since becoming a member, and made many valuable connections. Cherryvale isn’t a big city by any means, nothing like Chicago. Still, it’s not exactly small town America, either.
Being the new owner of an accounting services firm requires that he reach out to the local business community. Since Cas is an Introvert with a capital ‘I’, networking is high up on his list of things he detests. Still, he wants Novak Professional Accounting and Tax Services to be the first name other people think of when they need help with their books or taxes. The CSBOA seemed like the easiest and best way to accomplish that, so he started attending, and the organization has met all of his expectations.
So he has nothing but a healthy respect and appreciation for the Association itself.
His love/hate relationship is with his fellow members of the Association – namely one Dean Winchester, owner and operator of Winchester Automotive Repair and Restoration.
