Dean Winchester was going to die.
When he didn't present at sixteen as expected, Dean was illegally recorded as an Alpha. He has known for a long time that he wasn't one, but to stay and protect his young brothers, Dean accepted the lie and hid his true nature until it couldn't be hidden anymore and his first heat came.
None of it mattered after Dean was framed and sent to prison.
An Alpha prison.
Shot full of suppressants that would give him at most a month until his true nature was revealed, Dean was thrown into a dangerous world where if even one Alpha discovered the truth, Dean's life would be forfeit.
Fate has a funny way of working though, in even the filthiest, most dangerous of places.

Sam, Millie and Dean are back! This time they have to deal with the hundreds of demons unleashed from the Devil's Gate. They also have to find a way to stop Dean from going to Hell after his demon deal, and the only have a year. While Dean seems to have accepted his fate, Sam and Millie are determined to find a way to save him. Along the way, the three hunters face many monsters and many emotions. May include even more chick flick moments.

God's former scribe is determined to take Dean off the board before he "demons" up again and comes for revenge - and he traps Sam and Dean in Purgatory to make sure of it.
Now: it's open season on the Winchesters, and their old enemy Gordon Walker has amassed a faction of hunters-turned-monsters in Purgatory and is determined to end the Winchesters once and for all. Dean's struggling to control the Mark before it controls him (spoiler alert: doesn't go well) while Sam quickly discovers Purgatory is dangerous enough without suffering from acute bronchitis.

Set after Mother May I. Eve's plan has worked, and Dean, John, Castiel and Michael have failed to save Sam from being whisked off to Purgatory after Eve's death, though an unexpected tag along means Sam is not stranded alone. Lost, in a realm that he isn't familiar with, surrounded on all sides by enemies, old and new, and a few unexpected faces, Sam struggles to survive, fighting for his life and a way back to his family.
Meanwhile, back on Earth, Dean is livid. Nobody takes his brother away from him, especially to a monster-infested Hellscape where Sam will be hunted and hurt, possibly worse. And, out of options, Dean is forced to remember a warning, that he had dismissed as a dream. But now, that warning might be the only way for him to save his brother. And if it's for Sam, there is nothing he won't do, even if Cas doesn't agree with it.
But with Eve dead, her last act of vengeance remains, a spell empowering all the monsters left on Earth. With Sam missing and Dean working on getting him back, it is up to John and Michael to stop Eve's spell before it takes full effect. John is determined to finish this once and for all, and make the world, at last, safe for him and his boys to have the lives they deserve
