Summary
Childe and Signora have always been at odds and now more so since her deception in Liyue. Understandably he now refuses to work or speak with her under any circumstances and opts to keep it that way, until Signora offers appeasement - a duel to establish at least communication between the two Harbingers. Signora’s new game takes a turn when Tartaglia proves to be a more cunning opponent than she gave him credit for and he insists that the winner takes his prize.
In the aftermath of his conquest, things quickly spiral out of control between the two Harbingers as their banter and hunger for each other begins to change the nature of their hostile relationship, and that of their own natures.

Childe and Zhongli's intertwining deceptions, reimagined with some extra entanglements: confusing friendship, 'casual' sex, and, inconveniently, the foresight of love.
