“So what if we’re guys?” Hinata fired back, his brow furrowing instantly as he stepped closer, entirely unbothered with his suggestion. “Two guys can do it too, you know! We already stay together at tournaments, we already share everything! It’s just bodies, and it’s just practice so we aren’t stupid when we grow up!”
“That’s–that’s not the point!” Kageyama snapped.
He couldn't look down at Hinata’s face. If he did, his vision would clear, and he would have to register the line of Hinata’s jaw, the damp cling of sweat-heavy curls that tickled his neck, and the terrifyingly steady focus in his brown eyes. The appearance was so close to that fleeting fantasy that evening.
A random post-practice conversation in the Karasuno clubroom leaves Kageyama realising he's got no clue on how relationships or sex work. Hinata has a solution: just practice it together. It's just bodies, right? However, a first time can't just be pushed through on pure willpower.
