Summary
Will crossed that unspoken barrier, stretching his arms across so that they hovered near Mike’s face. He pushed Mike’s curls back so that they framed his face, almost touching his shoulders. “With your hair like this, you sort of look like a girl.” Will whispered.
“Do I?” Mike said, eyebrows raised.
Will nodded, mouth as dry as a California summer.
“And - if I were a girl… would you kiss me?” Mike asked, his voice almost desperate.
“Yeah.” Will said. The truth was, he’d much rather kiss Mike as a boy.The tension between them was so thick it was near tangible. Silence enveloped them. It was comforting, in a way that made Will feel almost normal for a minute. Will turned to look at Mike. Their eyes locked for a moment, then Mike averted his gaze.

Mike Wheeler didn’t mean to kiss Will Byers.
He didn’t mean to give into the whispers at the back of his mind — but his lips are on Will’s own before he could stop himself.
Now he doesn’t know what to do. Pretend it never happened? Apologise? Run away?
Despite his best efforts to avoid Will, fate seems to push them together, and when it does it tears both their lives apart at the seams.

Summary
I felt my breath catch in my throat as the mists finally released the figure from its clutches, a tall toned hedgehog wearing a long deep maroon velvet waistcoat with decorative gold trimming, walked into view. His silk black lace-up shirt contrasted against his soft white chest fur that peeked out the top of the v-neck. Underneath his clothes I could tell his fur was black as coal and yet, red stripes seemed to break up the darkness, highlighting his features.
"Captain," called a black and white tiger-ess leaning against the starbout side."You know what to do. Kill'em and take the goods or anything that catches your eye"
"Wait,"my uncle's voice cut through the air before I could voice my own"Kill me if you want, just release my crew"
The Captain didn't even pause as he claimed back up the quarter deck steps.
"Your honour to protect your men is noble but it makes no differents"
"An exchange then"my uncle called just before the pirate captain fully disappeared into the mist.
"You have nothing I desire" his voice answered in a bored tone.
