“We’re not going to die,” Seungkwan says, shrugging like he hasn’t already internally combusted five times in the last hour. “We’ll put a pillow wall between us. Or something.”
“You’re sure?”
“No,” Seungkwan mutters. “But I’ve already cried about five things today and if I cry about this, you’ll think I’m unstable, and I really can’t handle that level of humiliation right now.”
Mingyu blinks for a moment, then grins. “Alright. We’ll share.”

It's amazing what a broken heart can do.
Take Boo Seungkwan for example, his best friend whom he had a crush on ghosted him and some years later he became the best tennis player in the world, just because he swore to himself to defeat him at every chance he gets.
Now. Imagine what will happen if the forces of events bring them together to compete side by side instead of one against the other on the tennis court. After all, hate isn't the opposite of love.
