“I don’t think you’d understand. For starters you don’t read books, plus… it’s not something you’d enjoy.” She muttered, putting too much emphasis on that you. Feeling challenged, Soul raised his torso a little as he slid his heels over the leather, then he continued. “Tell me, I might surprise you. You don’t know all there is to know about me you know.” He affirmed, sinking the chip into his mouth. Maka stared at him perplexed, pulling her book closer to her chin with both hands. More muddled than not, she realized what he said was very true, she didn’t know all there was to know about him, but something about it bothered her, he was her partner, for a long time now, was she feeling jealous? If so of who? Incompetent? She wasn’t sure.
A disappointed Maka is left hanging on a girl date, so now that her afternoon is wasted, she’s sort of stressed, but worry not, because Soul has a suggestion as to how they could spend the evening together, however some things go unplanned and… it goes way astray from what they had in mind.

Summary
The sun beaming through the window heat up the tips of her moccasins, feeling it she kicked her feet back and crossed them under her chair. Her attention was drawn by the silhouettes of young boys outside her classroom window, in the distance, she could make up the figures of some of her grade-mates, within them was Hirofumi Yoshida, the guy of dark hair and numerous piercings Yoru had asked out when she first possessed her. Embarrassment and anger bloomed at the memory of that.
He was always around Denji, so she caught herself now looking for him too, but he was nowhere to be found, she shifted her hand supporting her chin to cover her mouth, drifting her look and head back to the chalkboard ahead of her, partially as a reaction to the growing blush in her face and also because she convinced herself she had to pay attention to class.
This story focuses on Mitaka Asa’s developing feelings towards Denji and the conflict that brings into the story, occasionally focusing on Denji’s pov. It follows after the Dating Denji Arc, sticking closely to canon. Asa and Denji grow closer, though there are many obstacles for whatever they have to last at all.
