There is nobody, absolutely, one hundred percent nobody, that Ochako would brave a storm like this for, except for Tsuyu. Of course it’s Tsuyu. It’s only ever been Tsuyu, because Ochako is, apparently unable to say no. (That’s not completely true; Ochako can say no, but Tsuyu had looked so helpless, sniffly and miserable. Ochako had been halfway out the door before Tsuyu could even speak.)
