There were times V had watched Lizzy’s eyes come alight like a predator in waiting, preparing a sharp, devastating blow to some poor drone’s ego. She stuck out like a sore thumb from where she lay across Lizzy’s now mussed up sheets, a large, beastly creature that picked at deadly fangs with one, long, sabre claw.
