How do you live when you when you know you won’t last?
Seventeen-year-old Finn Hollow has lived his whole life with cystic fibrosis, a disease that makes every breath a battle. But this summer, he refuses to let his illness define him. With the help of Ezra Ashford—his quiet, fiercely protective best friend and next-door neighbor—Finn is determined to chase all his dreams, big and small.
