They might not be stellar students, but the brilliance of their products speaks for itself, and their dedication to opening their own business is... well, it's downright admirable. Fred and George themselves, in fact, are quite admirable. Some of their ideas, though, could use some work. A bit of tweaking, a shred more research, a hint of know-it-all acumen.
Hermione might know just the girl to help them.
