Dazai is snapped back from his thoughts when he feels a slap to the face. He slightly staggered backwards, subconsciously moving his hand to cover the stinging place he’d been struck, eyes widening by the second.
Before things could escalate, a black haired detective speaks up. “Kunikida stop.” Ranpo cautioned, deadpanning as he stepped in front of Dazai facing the blonde. “This won’t help either of you. You should know that.”
or; Dazai, who has been very much struggling with his mental health for the past months, gets triggered by Kunikida lashing out at him. The following day didn't go as Dazai thought it would.
or; Dazai is very VERY mentally ill and would benefit from some support. Does he receive it?
