Transgender girl Taylor Hebert arrives at school for the first day after winter break. It’d been a tough fall semester, but she was finally confident in the outfit she’s put together.
Intent of this AU is as a supplement to Worm by wildbow. Imho it’s very obvious that Taylor could be transgender, and this is meant to let a reader find those parallels with the character. Gonna write a few chapters about Taylor Hebert’s trigger event, see where this takes me.
If you haven’t read worm parahumans, you can maybe enjoy this story, especially bc I’m starting with a prologue. World with superheroes in it

Summary
The Negotiator has a problem. The rest of these peons don't seem to want to recognize her claims to royalty. They scoff and scorn her whenever she tells them of her origin, ousted from the Summer Court. Certainly, they tolerate her, when they need her power, or when they need her assistance. But none understand her, nor do they respect her.
Finally, she comes across a fellow royal. A woman calling herself 'Queen', an equal, though her throne is wax and papier mâché, and her robes are naught but tattered rags. Finally she has a peer...
And the woman scorns her.
Unbelievable.
Absolutely unbelievable.
