Back on popular demand, Monokuma has released the infamous Despair Disease into the 53rd killing game. Because it sure was fun the first time around and definitely not was hated by the fans for any poor character motivations it gave.
To combat this, Team Danganronpa has crafted a new and improved contagion, one to remind long-term fans of their former favorite characters. And what better way than to test it out with this fresh new cast of characters! Because everyone likes a callback!
