Summary
Makoto is a merman who was caught by humans and taken from the ocean to become an exhibit at an aquarium. Haru is a human who visits Makoto’s exhibit and doesn't understand what he's feeling or why he's feeling it. There’s also stuff with Nagisa and Rei because there’s always stuff with Nagisa and Rei, and also Rin and Sousuke and Ai hang around and attempt to move the plot along. You know. As they tend to do.
