“No. No, you're right. You don't want to see the universe; you want to own it,” the Doctor begins, his tone uncharacteristically cold and distant. The glimmer of hope is long gone, replaced by something else, something sharper. There is a sudden spark in his eyes defying the light-consuming abyss of his gaze. “And we could. Own it, I mean.”
The Doctor uses his artron energy to fix the Master's unstable regeneration and prevent his own regeneration in the process. The Master is not too happy about this, but the Doctor has an enticing plan in mind.
