Blinks a few times, as if properly processing Narumi’s words. After a few seconds, an unimpressed look takes over her features. “Oh. Is this about you and Doctor Hoshina?”
(There are some things being the most talented surgeon in the country just won’t help you with. Like knowing how to put the annoying infectious diseases specialist—the one you’ve had a years-long rivalry with—in his place. Or, further down the line, knowing how to make him fall for you.
