“Wow, really? That’s timing...”
Laura craned her neck, lifting her eyes with heavy reluctance from the skin of Bradley’s neck toward the doorway on the opposite side of the room.
“I’ll be right back,” Bradley whispered, dipping her face close again to inhale, before pulling away. She could almost feel Laura’s gaze like fingernails dragging from her throat, as she turned to one side and slid from Laura’s thighs. Her heart still racing and thick in her esophagus, the overwhelming scent of Laura’s perfume dizzying, as she turned away from her toward the door.
“Okay,” Laura sighed, before standing up with a dull, languid stretch. “I’ll be...in the bedroom.”
Or, something of a fix-it fic, which began with a retelling of episodes 2x03 - 2x09, and has since jumped off into the deep end with a rewrite of the ending of 2x10 and onward into the unknown. Previously told entirely from Laura's POV, we now follow both her and Bradley on their separate journeys through this relationship.
note: There is a (classy, but mildly nsfw) piece of artwork embedded halfway into Chapter 2.

"So,” Bradley considered, her blue eyes flitting briefly past the camera, “a woman—that you have known for a very long time—came to you in major distress, over a…mistake,” her brow quirked, and Laura’s lifted in anticipation, “that she made…how many years ago?”
Bradley’s gaze planed the length of the table. But Maggie didn’t even need to think. “Ten. But she’s a journalist, so—”
“Okay, but it was a mistake.”
"Holy shit,” Laura whispered from the couch.
Or, some additional scenes and brushstrokes to fill in the lines between 2x08 and 2x09, including some pivotal scenes as rewritten by yours truly for no particular reason other than I wanted to do it. Some (very) lite Alex and Laura backstory. Mild references to Montana. As always, Laura’s POV.

Summary
What does a lesbian bring to a second date?
Five-part series (plus one "filler episode") of rewrites and additional moments. Cobbled together episode by episode in an attempt to flesh out and add some texture or intimacy to what already exists in canon. In some cases, full scenes are written out exactly as they happened on screen; in others, I've imagined extended or entirely new scenarios to fill in some gaps. It is written entirely from Laura's POV, with a heavy focus on interiority and the development of her feelings for Bradley. It does include some lite character backstory, which means there is a lot of speculation and invention in terms of Laura's thinking, her motives, and also her background. My goal is to be faithful, as much as possible, but I only have so much to work with. I do my best to do right by our girl.Where do lesbians stay on vacation?
This begins a sequel to the previous 6 installments. Jumping off with events of episode 2x10, I'm attempting a multi-chapter rewrite and embellishment of what played out on screen (and beyond). I continue to stick close to canon, but give full emotional weight to Bradley, Laura, and their relationship. It is split between their POVs.- Words:

Major Spoiler Warning - This is set post-game events
Atsu can't get over her survivor's guilt, and Oyuki has been her comfort yet also her source of anger and conflict. Oyuki eventually leaves to Teshio Ridge and doesn't return, and without understanding why this goodbye eats away at her, Atsu goes after her.

This is my attempt at working Atsu's resentment out and getting them to a happy ending that makes sense for those of us that felt Atsu's anger subsided too quick at this hot woman's presence. I played this game in Japanese dub in case that's relevant for how I will be depicting the characters. This is planned as a short fic as of right now.

The war ended beneath the ginkgo tree, but peace is harder to learn.
Six months after Lord Saito’s fall, quiet has settled over the house at the base of Mount Yotei. Atsu works the forge; Kiku fills the rooms with laughter; and Oyuki, once the feared Kitsune, visits often enough that it no longer feels like visiting.
