Teresa furrowed her brow. "What's so funny?"
He snorted and shook his head, the corner of his mouth curling up into a wry smile. "Kaine Parker," he said. "I'm his brother. Sort of."

Kaine breaks into Peter's apartment looking for him, only to find someone else has had the same idea - and it turns out she has more in common with him than either of them know. Teresa doesn't trust him... but with Pete nowhere to be found and only hours until dangerous weapons hit the New York City underground, they have little choice but to work together to prevent it.

Summary
The door swung open and Flash came face to face with someone he never thought he’d see again. Kaine Parker stood there, taller than the last time Flash had seen him. Taller even than Flash now, but just as beautiful as ever in that certain stubborn way that belonged to all the Parkers.
If Flash thought Kaine was the most beautiful of all his siblings, then that was his problem. His long hair was caught up in a low bun, his clothes were dark and tight, and he was holding a duffel bag full of cash.
It took Flash a moment to catch up to that last part.

The Spider. Gone was the man, and only the costume was left. Slick and black, looking like the symbiote suit Peter had picked up on Battleworld. Johnny had always hated it. Hated the way Peter looked in it, the way the black mask rendered the shape of his face underneath nearly unknowable. Hated every time Peter had donned the cloth version afterwards and lost himself in his own rage.
“Johnny,” the Spider said, looking up at him. His lips curved into a smile. “I’m happy to see you. Come here.”

Johnny falls into the Spider's universe, where everything in the wake of the Superhero Registration Act went very differently. Order has fallen, and in this world Peter Parker reigns supreme.
Trapped in Peter Parker's fortress with his powers failing and separated from Ben and Victor, he tries to his best to avoid being caught in his web, but Johnny is tired, and the Spider is still Peter Parker, the man Johnny's been in love with for years.
