Summary
After Sky City, Lukas finds himself stranded in a corridor of endless portals, none of them leading home. As he searches for a way back, he’s forced to confront betrayal, the ghosts of old friendships, and the quiet truth that maybe he’s been lost for far longer than he realized.
But healing begins in unexpected places, and for the first time, he wonders if he’s finally found a new kind of home—one that has nothing to do with portals at all.

Summary
"How long had it been? Six, seven years? She'd lost count. But it had certainly been long enough for her hair to go completely white with stress, for her loneliness to nearly drive her to insanity, for her mind to soak in the severity of her mistakes, regret consuming every bit of her thoughts."
Harper has lived in solitude for years, haunted by the trauma of her past mistakes. PAMA's taken over, and she doesn't expect to speak to anyone with a free mind ever again.
Until the Portal Network leads four adventurers to Crown Mesa.

Summary
This year’s building competition is going to be their best one yet—Jesse can feel it in her bones. They’re going to bring home the gold because losing isn’t an option this time. However, the price of winning comes with a steeper cost than she could ever imagine, and it could put her and everything she holds dear at risk.
As the saying goes, nothing built can last forever. But in Jesse’s case, that may just be everything she has worked towards her entire life.
(Formerly titled "A Tale, in parts"; currently getting some edits & revisions before the new chapter!)
