“Looks like I bit you.” Will tilts his head to get a better look. All Mike can do is stare at him. His fluffy hair at the front, clumped pieces at the back where he’d slid his fingers in a mere few minutes before. His pretty green eyes that look hazel or even brown in this light, the dark circles he gets when he drinks framing them like intricate paintings. A satisfied, bloody smile.
Mike isn’t satisfied. He swallows thickly, choking down the words 'don’t you want more?'
Or: Will dresses as a vampire for a college halloween party, but Mike thinks his costume isn’t bloody enough. Will lets him fix it. Mike goes into a crisis.

Summary
"Will's hair had grown into a many layered mess though it was still short enough to look at his neck, whilst his body seemed to have matured. Though he didn’t reach any taller than before, the lightness at which he walked made him look like he was floating on clouds, as his hips waved softer by every step. He looked happy.
Mike felt so heavy that he genuinely thought that he was about to crack a new entry to the Upside Down on the pavement and fall in forever. Will was always handsome, only this time, a year after seeing each other last, he looked like he knew it. Jesus, he could puke.
On the backseat of Jonathan's car they met each other’s gaze, realising that they have to spend 10 hours - maybe more - sitting in the same miniscule, airless, oppressive vehicle."
At the end of Thanksgiving break Jonathan and Nancy are driving Mike back to Penn University and Will back to NYU. The roadtrip is going to be very, very long and intense because both Mike and Will have to face their feelings for each other and why they haven't seen each other at all since the summer of their High school graduation.
