The 1st of the month, beer day. Another endless cycle, another rerun of previously experienced events, complete with the landlord special disguising itself as a fresh coat of premium paint, a “new spin” on what you already know is to come.

Summary
Yesenin would do anything for some peace and quiet. To have the room to himself, to not worry about anything on the news, and to not sweat out every drop of water in his body every day. It's starting to feel like nothing could possibly get better from here -- let alone go back to the way it used to be.
But, as usual, there's something keeping him around despite it all. Fuck this house, and its low ceilings, and all the people in it.
