In the consensus-designated Main Living Quarters, the sanity-leeching fractal emptiness of the afterlife void has been somewhat banished by a garish sofa and the flickering of the fruits of Karkat’s seriously impressive hate-fueled torrenting extravaganza. But it seeps in at every seam, a cold, empty, entropic deadness apathetic to the tiny shred of actual life persisting within it.
