“Uh… well, to be honest, they’re kind of disorienting sometimes, so I’ve learnt to sort of know when they’re—” He cut himself off with a sharp inhale, gritting his teeth as he clutched his head. “—about to happen.”
O’Hara rolled her chair closer, placing a hand on his arm gently. He glanced up at her and saw her face, riddled with care and worry. It hadn’t been an accusation, she was feeling guilty for not realizing the ‘pain’ his ‘gift’ caused him. His heart sank a bit at this, but he was getting what he wanted.
“What can I do? Will you be okay?” She fretted.
Or, Shawn fakes a ‘vision migraine’ to see if it’s attention he’s craving, or Lassiter’s specifically.

Summary
“Coriolanus,” Sejanus grabbed his shoulder again, and this time he was permitted. “Breathe. Breathe with me.”
He took exaggerated breaths, lifting the hand not on Coriolanus’ shoulder slowly up and down to demonstrate.
Coriolanus let himself be ‘calmed’ by the effort, his breathing eventually slowing to match the example. Sejanus continued modeling the exercise for several breaths after was necessary, as if he was worried Coriolanus would revert to his frenzied state without the Plinth’s guidance.

Coriolanus feigns a panic attack to prevent Sejanus from conspiring with a Twelve rebel.

Summary
The only thing Apollo knew for certain was that it was not supposed to happen like this. Yes, he was a mortal, without access to his domain of prophecy, but he had been the god of them for too long to not recognize such blatant divergence.
It was supposed to be impossible- almost. There should have been a slim chance of survival- which he, of course, would have taken advantage of.
But it didn’t happen that way.
The problem was Commodus’ incompetence. Had he given the other emperors the impression that he could handle his ex, in any way or form, they would have simply let him try. Except, he hadn’t given them that impression. And so, when Commodus called in the appearance of Apollo, the closest emperor showed up to keep an eye on things.
