Summary
Inspired by The Little Mermaid Fairytale.
Hiiro's brother, Rinne, goes missing after he ventures out to the world above, where humans reside. After receiving assistance from the sea sorcerer, Natsume, he arrives at the surface world to find Rinne and bring him back home. But the world above the water's surface, he quickly realized, was going to be far more challenging than he had ever imagined. Especially after falling for the charms of an adorable, blonde, prince.
Deep beneath the shimmering surface of the ocean, in a kingdom of coral castles and iridescent fish, lived Prince Hiiro. He was a merman of straightforward honesty and quick wits, his mind always bubbling with questions and clever solutions to the kingdom's minor dilemmas. Yet, despite his sharp mind and observant eyes, the people of his kingdom seemed to view him as nothing special. His achievements, though often vital, rarely garnered more than a fleeting nod, quickly fading from the kingdom's collective memory. He was perpetually overshadowed, his quiet brilliance deemed insignificant next to the dazzling aura of his older brother, the majestic and revered King Rinne.

Summary
Mydei sniffed, his eyebrows furrowing, and his jaw went slack in realization. A subtly sweet, musky scent permeated the air, the Chimera hybrid looking up at him through lidded eyes, lips slightly parted, with his head tilted as though baring his neck to him.
The implication of the position suddenly became painfully apparent. Mydei flustered—careful not to make any sudden movements as he settled back onto his haunches. He still didn't fully trust that the chimera wouldn't lunge at him and attempt to tear out his throat if given the opportunity.
Or, that would have been the case—if he hadn't noticed the hybrid deliberately spreading his legs for him instead. Pale thighs splayed wide in silent invitation, with just the spade-shaped tip of his tail coyly hiding his sex from view, the moonlight filtering in through the foliage caught on the slick sticking to the hybrid's inner-thighs—
"This—" Mydei began, wheezing, "Your nest was—We... disturbed your nest."
Titans. Mydei shouldn't have answered the page.
Mydei's expertise starts and ends with the wildlife... So why is he cohabiting with a chimera hybrid on the brink of heat who keeps trying to seduce him?
