Summary
Writing anything has been a struggle for ages now. It seems I am only able to write fluff at the moment, probably because I just want comfort. The many, many smut works I have started over the last few months stay stuck in my drafts, and nothing feels good enough.
Basically, Arthur loves her, and she loves the rain.

Since playing the game I have been obsessed with how the gang would have potentially stayed clean, if at all, so I had to research that.

The rain was unrelenting. Your shelter was mediocre, at best: a shack which might have been watertight back in the Civil war, but which now had more leaks than a sieve.
Still, it was better than being outside. You pulled the bedrolls a little further into the one mostly dry corner before a newly weeping leak could wet them, your thoughts turning to your companion outside. Arthur had gone to move the horses into the shelter of the trees, wanting to spare them a little from your poor luck.
