Summary
Billie Crest was a successful IndyCar driver that was climbing in the ranks, so it was natural that the 24 year old’s raw determination and talent caught the eye of one of the most competitive Formula 1 teams on the grid: Red Bull. When you finally look up, he’s already watching you. Really watching you. It’s the same look he gets when you’re explaining something in a meeting and he forgets to take notes, too intent on the way your mouth moves. Or when you’re both grading in his office, his pen stilling mid-sentence because you sighed and rubbed your temple.
