Summary
“Eh? But I'm seriously telling the truth...” Nagi pauses, his lips pressing together when Reo rolls his eyes in disbelief.
“Oh, please. Don’t tell me that you truly expect me to believe such a ridiculous lie,” Reo huffs, sharp eyes narrowing with annoyance. “Pray tell, for what possible reason would you ever want to see me—”
“I’m in love with you.” Nagi tilts his head, rubbing idly at the back of his neck. “Uh, that’s why.”
Silence crashes into the throne room almost immediately.
After years of searching, Nagi finally finds the person he’s always seen in his dreams.

Summary
With a nervous swallow, Reo's tail flicks once, startled, before curling around Nagi’s thigh.
“Hold on. I don’t think you know what you’re asking for, Nagi.” Reo warns, voice lower now, his breath ghosting across Nagi’s lips. “If I start, I don’t think I’ll be able to stop- I haven't fed in a really long time..."
But even now, Nagi’s eyes don’t waver, not even for a moment.
"Yeah, I know. I'm okay with it,” he says, his voice steady. "Reo can have whatever he wants."
Reo sets his sights on Hakuho's genius.

Nagi’s eyes widen when Reo leans in close- his smile so radiant and beautiful that it makes Nagi’s breath catch a little.
He can hardly even think straight when Reo reaches down, squeezing his hand gently.
“Alright, good- it's settled then! You can just leave it all to me, Nagi!” Reo’s hand tightens around his. “I’ll be sure to guide you through everything- I know exactly what I’m doing!”
(Except, he doesn't.)

With a little sharp breath, Nagi’s cheeks flush with warmth as he looks off to the side. Reo lets out a little laugh before leaning forward, hot breath fanning against his reddened ear.
