A happy one shot because Haymitch suffered so much in canon that I had to fix it.
The tags suck because it seems that most people and relationships still don’t have proper tags. I will edit them when they fix that. People that appear: Haymitch, Lenore Dove, Sid, Ma, Burdock, Blair, Clerk Carmine, Tam Amber. And obviously it’s Haymitch-centric so it’s those people with him.

Summary
Carina is adjusting to the day to day that she finds herself living post World War II in 1946. It's been a little over six months since the war ended and things are starting to return to 'normal'. She's in a new land, with a new language, and all new everything. It's both a fascinating and terrifying experience. It becomes a little less terrifying when she meets a young blonde by the name of Maya Bishop.
