Aki blinks and just like that, the tension is broken. The puppet comes alive, crisp morning air breathing new life into his hair, his clothes, that had all seemed frozen in time. A spark in glassy eyes pulls an invisible trigger that makes Aki look like he’s woken up from a long sleep. Angel only notices the weight in his chest as it dulls, fresh air heavenly filling his lungs at last.

Which is why he’s not worried the slightest when Yuuta suggests they part during their ongoing mission to get the job done faster. Toge knows Yuuta will have his back no matter what, and vice versa.As usual, they were expected to fight after a vague explanation, most certainly wrong data and an even more approximate warning from Gojo. Their teacher had mentioned victims traumatized after seeing a reflection of what probably was their deepest fears, meaning the curse could either be a shape shifting one, or just one that could meddle with your brain. Something to watch out for, in any case.

D'accord, Kuroo avait mérité une punition. Peut-être n'aurait-il pas dû réagir si violemment à la vue de Daishou, ça lui aurait épargné bien des problèmes ; mais il n'y arrivait pas. C'était viscéral, depuis toujours. L'envie de lui faire ravaler son petit air satisfait prévalait sur toute la retenue dont il pouvait témoigner.

The droplets that dripped from his drenched black and white hair glistened in the little light provided by the gym. Akaashi couldn’t stop staring even as he felt his face flush. He knew it wasn’t because of the cold.
