Lucas frowns, “Hey!”
“I didn’t say anything!” Max quips back, but she’s still gripping El’s arm as they both give the guy an eyeful.
“I’ll say something,” El buts in, grinning, “That guy is very hot.”
Will, a few steps behind them, mutters, “Here, here.”
Mike groans, “Not you too, Will.”
Will just smiles sheepishly but his voice is easy, “What? I can appreciate a good-looking guy."
OR, in the gap between High School ending and College starting Joyce books the party into a 2 week long farm stay.
