Summary
„Come up after the tournament. Stay here for a few days.“
Jude has spent years teaching himself not to look for meaning in late-night messages, birthday calls, and plans that never quite happen.
Then Erling asks him to come to Manchester, and Jude says yes before he can pretend to think about it.In a house Jude knows from video calls but has never entered, with rain against the windows, cold tea on the table, and fajitas waiting in the kitchen, the distance between them finally becomes harder to preserve than to cross.
Their words may have forgotten how to be close, but their bodies still remember.

Summary
And there was Erling, shoved onto the sidelines, sitting on a throne of "what ifs" and "send me a picture of you right now" messages. King of secret hookups and even more secret feelings, exactly where he didn't want to be, but couldn't seem to leave.
This is Erling Haaland, in case you don't know him.
A smart man learns from his own mistakes; a wise man learns from other people's. Haaland is neither.
Especially when the mistake he keeps insisting on making is named Jude Bellingham.

Summary
“Erling, is it?” Jude whistles, raising one of his eyebrows. “I assume you had a good time, then.”
And really, he shouldn’t question her about it. He shouldn’t even want to know the details - his girlfriend just told him she got fucked by another man, a man he knows better than he knows her; a man he works with and sees almost every single day.
Still, he can’t help but wonder.
Or; Jude finds out that his girlfriend cheated on him with his teammate, Erling Haaland. Instead of being pissed off, though, he decides he might as well see for himself if the other man is worth the hype.
